Return & Exchange Policy

At EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS, our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please read our terms and conditions below.

If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be marked on your return package. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returns for Refund, Store Credit, or Exchanges
  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the product. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. RMA numbers will be valid for 10 days after issue.
  2. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding any shipping charges. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.
  3. Returned or exchanged products must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled. Items should have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets and packing inserts.
  4. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
  5. Buyer's RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
  6. The Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
  7. Damaged shipments: the buyer is responsible for reporting a damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.
  8. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted to us within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please be sure to check all items once you receive them so that is there is an issue so that you are able to notify us as soon as possible.
  9. Any refused or undeliverable shipments that arrive back at our facility will incur all related shipping costs including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, that will be deducted from your product refund.
  • Cancellations

Order cancellations will be accepted only if the goods have not been shipped, excluding "special order" items. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $3.00 or 3% of total order value (whichever is greater) towards processing fees.

  • Warranty

Any warranties on products sold by EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS are those made by the manufacturer. Buyer understands that any and all warranties are voided if any product defect has been caused in part or whole by negligence, improper installation, lack of proper maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, floor or fire. Buyer also understands that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any parts used for competition, track events, racing or purposes other than which they were intended.

Buyer understands that there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer agrees to notify EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Buyer understands that defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS return policy and at buyer's expense. EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS will replace all defective items that meet return or replacement requirements. Buyer understands that EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for loss, inconvenience, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use (or inability to use) or a third party unauthorized use, of any product or its components, either separately or in combination with other equipment, or for commercial loss of any kind, regardless whether EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS had been advised of such possibility.

EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS makes no representation whatsoever that installation and or use of parts purchased from EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on Buyer’s vehicle. Buyer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products sold by EXXEL DISTRIBUTIONS.
